Warming Up & Cooling Down
To get the most out of your Jazzercise workout, you should participate in the entire class. Warming up will gently & safely prepare your body for a great workout. Warming up decreases the risk of injury. Cooling down restores our bodies to their pre-workout condition by safely lowering heart rates, stretching, and removing lactic acid from the muscles.
Stretching
Stretching is an integral part of any complete fitness program. It helps our muscles recover, lengthen & strengthen after intense workouts or even after a long day at the office!
