How much does a class cost?

Do new sessions begin at certain times, or can I start anytime?
Registration is ongoing on a drop-in basis. Start anytime. Classes are generally a mixture of new customers and customers who have been Jazzercising for a long time.
How often should I exercise?
If you are new to exercise, begin with 2-3 classes a week and gradually add classes. To increase your fitness level, work out 4-5 times per week. New customers can learn the moves before class Basic Movements
What are the instructors' credentials?
Jazzercise instructors participate in an intensive screening process as well as training and certification programs, and are CPR certified. Instructors also continue their education in all aspects of dance and physiology to keep abreast of the latest developments in fitness.
May I bring drinks and food to a class?
We recommend Jazzercisers bring a non-breakable water bottle with a lid to class. Prevent accidents and spillage by keeping drinks out of the way of other Jazzercisers. No food or gum, please.
Do I need weights?
Weights are optional for new customers. We recommend you familiarize yourself with the basic exercises and techniques before using light (3-5lb.) weights.
Do I need special clothes or equipment?
Any loose, comfortable clothes are fine. Most people wear bike shorts or jazz pants and a bra top or T-shirt. Bring along a towel or exercise mat for the floor work. Good, rubber-soled aerobic shoes are recommended. We recommend Ryka shoes. You can purchase fitness clothing & accessories at Jazzertogs
